Cabañas de Pax are two wooden and stone cabins set on the green slopes above Vega de Pas, in the country of the Pasiegos. They are built in the old way — stone base, wooden balcony, low roof — and they look out over a sea of pasture and cattle. A place to wake to fog and birdsong.
